The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.
Our readership is in Canada, and the site is published with that in mind. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.
The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with.
Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it.
Only adults of legal gambling age — 18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada — are meant to read these pages. Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them.
